Reminders on Potential Risks of Internet/Phone Call Fraud In the Name of Official TNB

The digital asset is gaining wider attention around the globe. At the same time, we have received user feedback that some lawbreakers are carrying out frauds in the name of official TNB. The specific methods include faking the identity as TNB customer service, faking official e-mail address, etc., and then requiring the users to transfer digital assets to a certain address. Even worse, some lawless persons ask the users to coordinate with safety inspection to eliminate account risk/freeze with the excuse that TNB staff are involved in crimes. They make use of users’ panic and cheat the users for their account information, or seduce the users to complete the procedures of withdrawing currencies or making transfers.

TNB hereby makes statement that: any behaviors of contacting the users in the name of TNB or with the reason of TNB investment or coin making, etc., shall be deemed as fraud; furthermore, TNB spares no effort to protect user privacy and shall not disclose any user information in any form to any third parties, nor will TNB ask for users’ account passwords, private key, secrete key, SMS, or google verification code, and other information in any form.
